The first screen declares phase completion and successful tensor collapse, yet several numerical fields remain literal template placeholders such as {initial_entropy:.6f} and {coords[0]:.6f}.
The continuation displays more unresolved placeholders, “no briefing produced,” elapsedMs=0, and a scratchpad verification state of verified=false.
These are direct visual findings. They show that at least this presentation layer issued completion language before it held rendered values and a verified briefing.
The audit does not prove that every underlying calculation failed. It does mean this screen cannot serve as a finished proof artifact without the executed code, inputs, outputs, and independent recomputation.
