Non-Drift Rule: five questions that admit records to this program

Admission criterion for the Contact and Revelation Program. Every record must clearly answer at least one of five questions (CONTACT, REVELATION, TEMPORALITY, PERSPECTIVE, AUTHORSHIP) — otherwise it is rejected from this branch. Explicitly excludes pure network-topology studies, raw synchronization studies, and any study whose only outcome is a single "unity index." Explicitly permits observer-architecture comparisons, adversarial simulations, compression pipelines, factorial authorship designs, and preregistered design-only human protocols.

Source proposition: A focused research program requires an explicit admission criterion.
