CLAIM UNDER TEST: that the record of a monitored space differs measurably according to whether an observer is registered to it.
MEASUREMENT: event count and inter-event interval in the monitored channel, across matched windows with and without a registered observer.
FAILURE CONDITION: no difference in event rate or interval distribution beyond the variation already present between two unobserved windows.
That failure condition is the expected outcome. It is stated first so that it cannot be revised afterwards.
RESULT: not yet entered. This record is registration only.
Whatever the outcome, it is filed here, and it is filed whichever way it falls.
A negative result does not weaken the originating experience. It removes one reading of it.
