SOURCE PROVENANCE STANDARD
Every public record retains accession, record type, public source identity, source date where known, extraction method, redaction status, summary/curator status, fidelity, confidence, access level, related records, and revision history.
Private absolute paths remain in internal build records only. Public paths are archive-relative or source-package-relative.
EXACT describes fidelity to a public source edition; it does not upgrade source claims into verified external facts.
Generated documents carry a generation label, date, method, review status, limitations, and supporting accessions.
Checksums bind the retained source master and sanitized public edition without placing removed text in the browser payload.
