RECORD CLASSIFICATION GUIDE / PUBLIC EDITION
EXACT — a high-fidelity source passage, source capture, or directly reported public datum. Exact describes transmission fidelity; it does not prove every claim in the source.
DERIVED — a faithful result calculated or indexed from named public inputs.
CURATED — an interpretation or synthesis whose supporting accessions must remain visible.
RECONSTRUCTED — a passage, image, or sequence rebuilt from partial evidence and labeled as such.
INFERRED — a reasoned conclusion not stated directly in the source.
ARTISTIC — a symbolic or creative artifact whose evidentiary role is meaning, not camera testimony.
UNVERIFIED — a record or claim awaiting sufficient review. Knowledge status, access status, and fidelity are separate fields.
Relationship rule: move from dossier to cited source, then to chronology, data, or media. A connection records relevance; it does not imply agreement.
